A refrigeration dryer is a device for removing moisture from compressed air in industrial systems. This type of dryer uses a refrigeration cycle to cool the compressed air and convert the water vapor in it into a liquid and separate it. Using a refrigeration dryer increases the life of pneumatic equipment, reduces repair costs, and improves production quality.
The dryer is responsible for drying the compressed air produced by the compressor. The refrigeration dryer, which is known in the industry by various names such as dryer, dehumidifier, dehumidifier, refrigeration dryer, etc., can create a dew point of 3 degrees Celsius in the evaporator. This action causes moisture to accumulate inside the evaporator and discharge it through a solenoid valve, ultimately removing up to 80% of the moisture from the compressed air.
